KYB produces equipment for many varied and often unique applications, combining hydraulics with electronics, control, pneumatics and a range of other technologies – new technologies which open up new markets and contribute to the future.

KYB concrete mixer trucks have a worldwide reputation. The pneumatic technology is used to transport cement, lime and other granular materials. The traditional drum manufacturing techniques are now being used to make environmentally friendly products such as tree chipping vehicles.

As Asia is prone to earthquakes, KYB has developed equipment to minimise shaking of buildings. This technology is also used on tall buildings susceptible to high winds.

Unique hydraulic systems are used in the world of sport and entertainment, including moving and retractable roof and seating systems.

For marine equipment, KYB manufacture items such as cargo ship steel hatch covers, roll on roll off equipment, components for submarine and deep sea research vessels.
